2. Non-Refundable License Keys
Once your payment is cleared and a unique Owxify License Key is generated, sent to you, and activated on your local hardware:
- Digital Goods Rule: The sale is considered final and fully delivered. Due to the digital and proprietary nature of software license generation, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or partial returns if you simply change your mind.
- Transfer Limits: Active monthly, yearly, or lifetime licenses cannot be refunded or split between multiple gyms.
3. Structural Activation Exceptions

- Verification Failures: If our license verification server fails to validate your purchase key on your designated machine within the first 48 hours of purchase, you must contact our technical team immediately.
